Our products

All items sold at SAJ Exclusives are handcrafted by Shirley A. Johnson. Because every piece is made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and expected — these are not defects but a hallmark of genuine handmade craftsmanship.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photos and descriptions. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged at the time of your order is final.

Orders & payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Shipping

We ship all orders via USPS within the United States only. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside our control.

A flat shipping rate of $8.99 applies to all orders. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

All sales final

Because every SAJ Exclusives piece is handmade and one of a kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sajexclusives@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will work with you to make it right.

Limitation of liability
